$80 Million Mixed Use Commercial and Residential Development Tenant Representation, Development Management and Investment Services
Alameda County's Office of Social Services' need for space provided Concordis Advisors the opportunity to position the County as the anchor tenant in a build-to-suit commercial, residential, retail mixed use project. Private and public investors were brought together to benefit both the commercial partners and the surrounding community. The Strategic Urban Development Alliance, of which Concordis is a partner, was formed to be the development manager and owner of Phase 1, with responsibilities for the overall site development planning while organizing investors and managing the consulting team. Phase 2 includes 88 residential units and structured parking for both the commercial and residential units is being developed under the leadership of the Bedford Group. Hensel Phelps has served as contractor for both phases.
