John L. Guillory has more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry and for 15 years has been President and CEO of Northbridge Group, which is now the Oakland office of Concordis Advisors. John has also served in a leadership position with a multi-million commercial real estate consulting, development, marketing and investment advisory company.

Prior to co-founding Concordis, John worked for Grubb & Ellis for twenty years as Senior Vice President responsible for marketing and sales. He is a leader in Bay Area as well as nationwide in advising major institutions concerning their real estate holding and expansion needs. Through the creation of a national network of services providers, his firm was able to secure accounts with GE Capital Advisors, Children's Hospital Oakland, Hewlett Packard, ITT Hartford, Veritas Software, Wells Fargo and Sears to support their national facilities programs. As part of his practice, he has been successful in designing and utilizing an "inclusion model", which mobilizes a broad array of stakeholders across industry to be involved in community affairs, focused on creating the goodwill that is necessary for their future expansion programs.

John has successfully applied his knowledge and expertise to a broad array of real estate scenarios and brings his varied background and experience to the challenges offered through the Strategic Urban Development Alliance based in Oakland , CA .
