Calvin “Mark” Lassere, has more than 20 years of professional experience in valuation, feasibility analysis, land acquisition, construction finance. He has more than fifteen years of appraisal management experience operating a successful regional valuation firm. Mark has a well-rounded real estate background including working as a co-broker for Encompass Realty and on the board of Directors for Adams Federal Development in which he developed an extensive knowledge in economic analysis, market assessments, taxation and financial analysis.
Mark has worked with some of the industry's most prestigious clients throughout the United States in various markets including Washington, Oregon, New York, Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, Georgia and Florida.
Mark has expertise in the appraisal of a diverse range of property types. His experience includes full and partial interest appraisals of office buildings, air rights, façade easements, apartments, cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses, shopping centers, industrial facilities, residential, mixed-use, and office market studies, portfolio valuations and multi-property assignments. Consulting and Advisory assignments include arbitration of ground leases and market rent renewals, property conversion analysis, and acquisition/disposition advice.
Mark has provided valuation/consulting services on hundreds of properties exceeding $3 Billion in value. He has valued commercial properties for major local, regional and national banks and consulted with federal and state government agencies for the acquisition and disposition of government owned office buildings.
